Delete your account
Last updated: 6 November 2026
In short
You can delete your NPL Cricket League account and its data at any time, free of charge. In the game, open Settings, choose Account and press Delete account: the account is deleted straight away. Without the game, email us from the address you sign in with, and we delete the account within 30 days.
How to delete your account
This page is for NPL Cricket League, the game by Lacspace Corporation Private Limited ("Lacspace"). There are two ways to delete your account.
In the game:
- open Settings from the home screen;
- choose Account, then press Delete account;
- type your username to confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
Without the game, by email:
- send an email to info@lacspace.com from the email address you use to sign in to the game;
- use the subject "Delete my NPL Cricket League account";
- include your username, so we delete the right account.
We reply to that address to confirm that the request is yours, and delete the account once you confirm. You do not need to have the game installed.
What is deleted
When we delete your account, we delete:
- your email address, username, gender and language;
- your play record: matches, wins, runs and wickets;
- your friends list, your friend requests and your list of blocked players;
- the details of the phone you signed in from, and its notification address;
- your sign-in sessions, so the account can no longer be used.
Your username becomes free for someone else to choose.
What we may keep
- scorecards of online matches you played in. Other players took part in them too, so the scorecard stays, with your username removed from it;
- reports that other players sent about the account, and any record of action we took on it for breaking our rules (a suspension or a closure), with the username it had at the time. We keep these for up to 12 months;
- reports you sent about other players. They stay so that they can still be dealt with, and your name is removed from them;
- anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires, including evidence passed to the authorities;
- copies in routine backups, which are replaced as the backups cycle out.
How long it takes
In the game, the account is deleted straight away. By email, we delete it within 30 days of confirming your request, and usually much sooner. Deletion is permanent: we cannot bring an account back, and you would start again with a new one.
We keep daily safety copies of the game's data so that we can recover from a failure. A deleted account can remain inside those copies for up to about two weeks, until they are replaced by newer ones. We do not use the copies for anything else.
Deleting only some of your data
You can also ask us to delete part of your data without closing the account, or to correct it, by writing to info@lacspace.com. Some details are needed to run the account: without an email address and a username, the account cannot stay open.
Pre-registration and email news
If you pre-registered on this website but never created a game account, write to info@lacspace.com from that email address and we remove you from the list. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link.
Offline play
Offline Practice keeps its settings and scores on your phone only. Removing the game from your phone removes them.
