01About these terms

These terms apply to the website nplcricket.app, run by Lacspace ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them. The NPL Cricket League game will have its own terms of service when it launches.

02Using the website

You're welcome to browse, share links and try the Virtual Nets in your browser. Please don't:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its servers;
• submit someone else's email address or false details in the pre-register form;
• scrape or copy the site in a way that harms it or passes it off as your own.

03Team names and fictional players

NPL Cricket League uses the names of Nepal's T20 franchises to identify the teams in the game. The crests, colours, kits, game venues and players shown are our own creations, not the franchises' logos or kits. All players are fictional; any resemblance to a real person's name is a coincidence.

The game and this website are not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) or the Nepal Premier League. Team names are used only to identify the teams; no official status, sponsorship or endorsement is implied. Official logos will be used only with written permission from their owners.

04A game in development

The game is in development. Features, modes, screens, ratings, prices and plans described on this website are previews and may change or be dropped before release. Concept screens are our own artwork and not final. Pre-registering does not guarantee a place in the beta.

05Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, artwork, crests, kits, logos and code belong to Lacspace. You may quote short passages and use the press kit materials to write about the game, with credit to NPL Cricket League. Any other use needs our written permission: write to business@lacspace.com.

06No warranty

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be online, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using or being unable to use the website.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.

08Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.
