Privacy policy

01Who we are

This website, nplcricket.app, is run by Lacspace, the developer of NPL Cricket League, based in Sinamangal, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Lacspace. You can reach us at info@lacspace.com or +977 981-7785629.

02What this policy covers

This policy covers the website only. The NPL Cricket League game is in development and will have its own privacy policy, published before it launches.

03Data the website stores

The website itself does not store personal data. It has no user accounts, no comments and no analytics or advertising trackers.

04Pre-registration

If you use the pre-register form, the website forwards what you enter to our own backend, which keeps the waitlist:

• your email address (required);
• your name (optional);
• your phone type (Android or iPhone);
• your favourite team (optional);
• the language you want to play in.

Until our backend is live, the form does not send or save anything and tells you to check back. We use these details only to invite you to the closed beta and to send occasional news about the game. We don't sell them, and we don't share them with advertisers.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to info@lacspace.com.

05Cookies and local storage

We set no cookies. The Virtual Nets game on the home page saves your best score in your browser's local storage so it's there next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it from your browser settings.

06Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service, and may keep short-lived server logs. We don't use these logs to identify you.

07Links to other sites

Links to other websites, such as lacspace.com, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

08Children

Pre-registration is meant for people old enough to agree to receive email under the law where they live. If you're younger, please ask a parent or guardian to pre-register for you.

09Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. When the game's backend and app go live, we'll update this policy before they collect anything new.
